  • 1 cup pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 cup coconut milk, chilled
  • 1 liter lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 2 cups white cranberry juice, chilled

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups crushed ice or ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (optional, for added zest)
  • Garnishes: fresh cranberries, mint leaves, or sprigs of rosemary
  • Optional: 1/2 cup white rum or vodka for an adult version

Instructions

Preparation:

Step 1:

In a large punch bowl, combine the pineapple juicecoconut milk, and white cranberry juice. Stir the mixture until the ingredients are well-blended and smooth.

Step 2:

Add in the cream of coconut and sugar. Stir thoroughly to ensure the sugar dissolves and the cream of coconut is well-mixed, giving the punch a creamy, frothy texture.

Step 3:

Pour in the lemon-lime soda slowly, stirring gently to retain some of the fizz. The soda adds a refreshing, bubbly texture to the punch.

Step 4:

Add the crushed ice or ice cubes to keep the punch chilled. Stir once more to blend.

Step 5:

(Optional) For added zest, stir in fresh lime juice to balance the sweetness of the punch.

Step 6:

(Optional) If preparing an adult version, add white rum or vodka and stir until well combined.

Notes

  • For the creamiest texture, make sure all the ingredients, especially the coconut milk, are thoroughly chilled before mixing. This will prevent the coconut milk from curdling.
  • If the punch is too sweet, add a splash of sparkling water or club soda to adjust the flavor without compromising on the texture.
