Instructions
Preparation:
1: Whip the Cream
- In a large mixing bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
2: Prepare the Creamy Base
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
3: Add the Strawberry Flavor
- Stir in the strawberry jam or puree, mixing until smooth.
- Add a few drops of pink or red food coloring to enhance the Valentine’s Day theme (optional).
4: Fold in the Whipped Cream
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture, being careful not to deflate the fluffiness.
- Mix until everything is evenly combined.
5: Chill & Serve
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour to enhance the flavors.
- Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and heart-shaped sprinkles.
- Serve with your favorite dippers and enjoy!
