  • ½ cup (120 g) strawberry jam or puree
  • 23 drops pink or red food coloring (optional, for a more vibrant color)

Instructions

Preparation:

1: Whip the Cream

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

2: Prepare the Creamy Base

  1. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.

3: Add the Strawberry Flavor

  1. Stir in the strawberry jam or puree, mixing until smooth.
  2. Add a few drops of pink or red food coloring to enhance the Valentine’s Day theme (optional).

4: Fold in the Whipped Cream

  1. Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture, being careful not to deflate the fluffiness.
  2. Mix until everything is evenly combined.

5: Chill & Serve
