Valentine’s Day Fluff

  • Author: Imili Johnson
  • Total Time: 29 minute

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients:

The Fluff:

  • 8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips or pink candy-coated chocolate

Garnish:

  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Pink sprinkles

Instructions

Preparation:

1: Prepare the Creamy Base

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.

2: Fold in the Whipped Topping

  1. Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
  2. Mix until the texture is light and fluffy.

3: Add the Mix-Ins

  1. Fold in the diced strawberries, mini marshmallows, and white chocolate chips (or pink candy-coated chocolate).
  2. Stir gently to ensure the mix-ins are evenly distributed without deflating the fluff.

4: Chill

  1. Transfer the fluff to a serving dish or individual cups.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to firm up.

5: Garnish and Serve

  1. Top with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and pink sprinkles for a festive touch.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy!
