Instructions
Preparation:
- Step 1: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour in the coconut rum, blue curaçao, and pineapple juice.
- Step 2: If you want a slightly sharper citrus flavor, add 1 oz of orange liqueur to the shaker. This step is optional, but it adds a delicious zing to the cocktail.
- Step 3: Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the mixture is well combined and chilled.
- Step 4: Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice. Use a tall glass, like a highball or hurricane glass, to showcase the vibrant blue color.
- Step 5: Top the drink with 1 oz of lemon-lime soda for a bit of fizz. Stir gently to mix, ensuring you don’t lose the bubbles.
