Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by mixing warm milk with active dry yeast and letting it sit until frothy.
  2. Mix melted butter, granulated sugar, egg, and salt in a large bowl, then add the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms, then knead for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
