  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • A few drops of green food coloring

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips or crushed chocolate cookies (optional)

Instructions

Preparation:

1: Make the Pudding

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk.
  2. Add the peppermint extract and green food coloring.
  3. Whisk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes. Adjust the food coloring for your desired shade of green.

2: Fold in the Whipped Topping

  1. Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding mixture until fully combined and fluffy.

3: Add the Mix-Ins

  1. Fold in the mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips or crushed chocolate cookies (if using).
