Instructions
Preparation:
1: Heat the Milk
- In a medium saucepan, heat the whole milk over medium-low heat.
- Stir occasionally to prevent scorching, warming the milk until steaming but not boiling.
2: Melt the White Chocolate
- Add the white chocolate chips to the warm milk.
- Stir constantly until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3: Add Vanilla and Food Coloring
- Stir in the vanilla extract for a touch of flavor.
- Add 1–2 drops of pink gel food coloring, mixing until the color is evenly distributed. Adjust for your desired shade of pink.
- Taste and add the granulated sugar if needed for extra sweetness.
4: Serve
- Pour the pink hot chocolate into mugs.
- Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, mini marshmallows, and white chocolate shavings for a festive finish.
