Step 1: Blend the Mango Layer In a blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, ½ cup pineapple juice, ¼ cup coconut cream, 1 oz rum (if using), and ½ cup crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour the mango mixture into the bottom of a glass and set aside.
Step 2: Blend the Strawberry Layer Rinse the blender and combine the frozen strawberries, ½ cup pineapple juice, ¼ cup coconut cream, 1 oz rum (if using), and ½ cup crushed ice. Blend until smooth.
Step 3: Layer the Drink Slowly pour the strawberry mixture over the mango layer in the glass to create a beautiful layered effect.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve Garnish the drink with fresh mango slices, a strawberry, and a pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Use Fresh or Frozen Fruit: Fresh fruit can be used if frozen is unavailable, but add extra ice for the right consistency.
