Instructions
Step 1: Chill the Glass
Place a rocks glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while you prepare the drink.
Step 2: Mix the Drink
In a shaker filled with ice, add dark rum, coconut cream (or half & half), honey syrup, and a dash of vanilla extract. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled and smooth.
Step 3: Serve Over Ice
Empty the chilled glass if needed. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass over fresh ice cubes.
Step 4: Garnish & Enjoy
Dust a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg on top for warmth and aroma. Sip slowly and savor each creamy, spiced sip.
