For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Extra garlic butter (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. (This usually takes about 8-10 minutes.)
  3. Drain the pasta and set it aside. Drizzle it with a little olive oil to prevent sticking if needed.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken Bites

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
  2. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces to the pan. Season them with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the chicken turns golden brown and is cooked through.
  4. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.

Step 3: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  1. In the same skillet (do not clean it, so the flavors remain intact), reduce the heat to medium.
  2. Add 4 tablespoons of butter and let it melt.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss everything to coat in the garlic butter sauce.

Step 4: Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce

  1. In a separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring continuously.
  4. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and slowly whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5: Combine Pasta and Sauce

  1. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the creamy Parmesan sauce.
  2. Toss well to ensure every strand of pasta is coated in the sauce.

Step 6: Serve

  1. Plate the creamy Parmesan pasta and top it with the garlic butter chicken bites.
  2. Drizzle with extra garlic butter if desired for added flavor.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
