Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna with Garlic Parmesan Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Garlic parmesan dressing, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Brown the Beef

  1. Heat a Skillet: Place a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the Ground Beef: Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Drain the Fat: Remove excess grease and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Step 2: Layer in the Crockpot

  1. Spread a Layer of Sauce: Pour a thin layer of pasta sauce onto the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add Ravioli & Beef:
    • Place half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
    • Spread half of the cooked beef on top.
    • Pour another layer of pasta sauce over the beef.
    • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Repeat Layers: Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, beef, sauce, and cheese.

Step 3: Cook

  1. Cover & Cook:
    • Low: 4-6 hours
    • High: 2-3 hours
  2. Check for Doneness: The ravioli should be tender and the cheese melted & bubbly.

Step 4: Garnish & Serve

  1. Sprinkle Fresh Parsley: Once cooked, garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
  2. Drizzle with Garlic Parmesan Dressing: For an extra burst of flavor, drizzle with garlic parmesan dressing before serving.
  3. Enjoy Hot: Serve immediately with garlic bread or a side salad!
