Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Mushrooms

  1. Marinate the Mushrooms: In a bowl, mix the buttermilk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Soak: Add the cleaned mushrooms and let them soak for at least 30 minutes. This helps tenderize and infuse flavor into the mushrooms.

Step 2: Make the Breading

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate shallow bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 3: Coat the Mushrooms
