- 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the zucchinis and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Sprinkle the zucchini slices with salt and let them sit for 15-20 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
- Pat the zucchini slices dry with a towel.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add grated Parmesan if desired.
- Add the dried zucchini slices to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once crispy and golden, remove the chips and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
