- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For Garnish:
- Fresh parsley, chopped

- Ranch dressing, marinara sauce, or garlic aioli
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cottage Cheese Fries
- Drain the Cottage Cheese:
- Place cottage cheese in a fine mesh strainer and let it drain for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- Pat dry with a paper towel if needed.
- Mix & Shape the Fries:
- Transfer the drained cottage cheese to a bowl and mix in flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gently mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into fry-shaped sticks. If it’s too soft, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to firm up.
Step 2: Bread the Fries
- Prepare a Breading Station:
- In one bowl, mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- (Optional) In another bowl, beat one egg for extra binding.
- Coat the Fries:
- Dip each cottage cheese fry into the egg (if using), then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
Step 3: Air Fry the Fries
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange Fries in the Basket:
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the coated fries in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook Until Crispy:
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
- Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
