Instructions

Step 1:
Prepare your baking pan by lining an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. Make sure to leave enough parchment hanging over the sides to help lift the fudge out later. Set the prepared pan aside.

Step 2:
Take the caramel candy melts and place them in a medium microwave-safe mixing bowl. Pour one can of sweetened condensed milk over the caramel melts, ensuring all the pieces are covered. This will give the caramel mixture its silky, rich texture.

Step 3:
In a separate mixing bowl, add the vibrant green candy melts. Pour the second can of sweetened condensed milk into the green candy melts. Now, stir in the green apple candy flavoring. This will give the fudge its distinct tangy apple flavor.

Step 4:
Microwave the caramel mixture first. Heat it on medium power for 2 ½ minutes, stirring every minute to ensure even melting. Repeat the same process with the green apple mixture, microwaving it for 2 ½ minutes and stirring at each 1-minute interval until it is fully melted and smooth.

Step 5:
Now comes the fun part—creating the swirl. Pour alternating spoonfuls of the caramel and green apple mixtures into the prepared baking pan. Once both mixtures are in the pan, take a knife or spatula and gently swirl them together. Be careful not to over-mix; you want to see distinct marbled patterns of caramel and green.

Step 6:
Place the pan in the refrigerator to allow the fudge to set. It needs at least 4 hours to firm up completely. Once chilled and set, use the parchment overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan.
