Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract if using. Mix well until you have a smooth, thick dough.
Step 3: Fold in the holiday sprinkles and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Step 4: Using a cookie scoop or spoons, scoop out heaping tablespoons of the dough and roll into balls. Place the dough balls about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
