Ingredients
Brownie Layer:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
Cheesecake Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan.
Melt butter and chocolate chips. Whisk in sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa, and salt.
Spread brownie batter into pan (save 1/4 cup for topping).
Beat cheesecake ingredients until smooth and spread over brownie layer.
Drop saved brownie batter on top and swirl.
Bake for 30–35 minutes. Cool completely, chill, and slice
